At Bester Caviar, we take pride in delivering only the freshest, highest-quality caviar. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
Please carefully review our return and exchange policy below.

Product Inspection & Freshness Guarantee

All caviar products are guaranteed to arrive fresh and properly packaged.
Please inspect your order on the same day it arrives.
If you notice any quality-related issues, contact us immediately and return the product within 24 hours for either an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

Keep all original packaging intact for any return or inspection requests.

If an exchange is approved, a replacement product will be shipped the same or next business day (Monday–Thursday).

Before sending anything back:

Contact our customer support to report the issue.
Request a return shipping label.
Pack the caviar on ice and ensure it remains cold during shipping.

Refund & Exchange Conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Customers who paid by credit card will be credited directly to the same account (no third-party refunds).
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it promptly and contact you to offer a replacement or refund.
If the issue was caused by shipping damage or production error, we will fully refund or replace your order within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.

Refunds Cannot Be Issued If:

You did not contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You did not provide photo evidence of the damaged product.
The product was stored incorrectly after delivery (must be refrigerated between 23°F – 36°F, and never frozen).
You are unsatisfied due to personal taste or expectations unrelated to product quality.
The return request was submitted after 24 hours, since caviar is a highly perishable item.
