Shipping Rates and Methods

• Standard Overnight Shipping (FedEx or UPS): Flat rate of $25 anywhere in the USA.

• Free Shipping: Available for all U.S. orders of $100 or more.

• Same-Day Delivery (Miami Area): Complimentary delivery on the same day for all purchases within the Miami metropolitan area.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States using FedEx and UPS Overnight services.

Delivery Schedule

• Orders are shipped overnight and generally arrive the next day after dispatch.

• Deliveries are not available on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

• Shipping time may vary depending on the destination and must be confirmed at the time of order to avoid delays or issues.

• Any changes to shipping terms may occur without prior notice.

Packaging and Handling

Each order is carefully packed in a thermo-insulated box with cooling elements to ensure that the caviar maintains its optimal temperature and freshness throughout transit.
We use only certified shipping materials and cold-chain handling methods to guarantee product integrity.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and being available to receive the package upon delivery.

• Due to the perishable nature of caviar, we do not recommend leaving the package unattended after delivery.

• Any delivery concerns should be discussed with our team at the time of ordering to ensure smooth shipment.
