Osetra Karat Black Caviar comes from one of the oldest &world-famous aqua farms in Israel- Karat. Decades ago, fish were brought from the Caspian Sea and were raised in pure crystal water coming from melting snow in the mountains at the source of the Jordan river in Israel.
Karat Black is harvested in the traditional method by cutting fish, raw eggs only, non pasteurized, and no preservatives.
